5. Regular Training programmed in aptitude, communication and soft skills is conducted by staff members and external special coaching.

6. Class committee meetings and parents’ teacher’s interaction are arranged.

7. Encourage students to participate in inter-college, interuniversity sports and games.

8. Encourage faculty to attend programs in national and international seminars, workshops and faculty development program.

9. Opportunities are opened to staff members for higher qualification like M.Phil., and PhD.,

10. A separate library with thousands of book collections on subject related and general topics is functioning regularly.

11. Net lab facilities from morning 9 to evening 6 for the benefit of the students to collect information for their studies and assignments.

12. Encouragement is given for entrepreneur development by arranging workshop on awareness, benefits a subsidies and loan.

PROJECTS

1.      To take up final project and complete it successfully a mini and group projects during second semester is arranged.

2.      Final semester project study is arranged in collaboration with various industries in India.

3.      Apart from study project, special project are arranged to help the industries in the field of Finance, Marketing and Human Resource Management.
